Managed IT services

Your IT department, without having it on the payroll.

We make sure your company's technology works: support, security, backups and purchasing decisions. All remote, with one contact who knows your company and doesn't change every time you call.

The problem

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • When something breaks, you don't know who to call

The IT guy is somebody's nephew, the software vendor says it's the network, and the network says it's the software. Meanwhile the company has stopped.

  • You don't know whether your backups work

You have backups — or you think you do. Nobody has ever tried restoring one. The day you need to, you'll find out at the worst possible moment.

  • You buy technology blind

You renew licences you're not sure you use, pay for duplicate services, and choose equipment on price because nobody has explained the difference.

What we do

The five services

  1. 01

    Managed IT support and maintenance

Your IT department, without having it on the payroll.

We keep your machines and systems up to date and resolve incidents remotely, before they stop the business. One contact who knows your company, your software and your quirks, and who doesn't make you explain the problem from scratch every time.

  2. 02

    Cybersecurity and compliance

Protecting the data and meeting the rules, at the same time.

We review and harden your security — access, passwords, email, devices, permissions — and support you through GDPR compliance and the road to ISO 27001. We don't sell you an antivirus: we build security proportionate to your company's real risk, which is not the same with five people as with fifty.

  3. 03

    Backups and business continuity

So an incident doesn't cost you the business.

Automated backups, verified and held off-site, with a written recovery plan. The part almost nobody does is the one that matters: proving the backup actually restores. If something fails — a deletion, ransomware, a dead disk — we don't tell you "don't worry, there's a backup": we tell you how long until you're working again.

  4. 04

IT consultancy and outsourced IT department

Someone who decides the technology with you.

We take on the IT department function: inventory, suppliers, licences, security and roadmap. We tidy up what you have, document how it works, and decide the next investments with some judgement behind them. It's what we already do for real companies.

  5. 05

    Systems integration and automation

Getting your tools to talk to each other.

We connect your ERP, your invoicing, your shop and your applications so data gets entered once and reaches where it needs to on its own. It's the natural way in to the AI pillar: first the systems talk, then artificial intelligence takes over the repetitive work.

All five are delivered remotely. We work on your systems, your accounts and your cloud services; we do not do on-site visits or work on hardware at your premises.

The proof

We already are one company's IT department

For a client company we do exactly this today: we keep their technology standing, we decide the investments with them, and we built the dashboard their management uses to run the business. Not a line in a catalogue: a live client, under a services contract and a data processing agreement.

How we start

How we start

  1. 01

An inventory of what you have

Machines, accounts, licences, contracted services, and who has access to what. Almost nobody has this written down, and it's the starting point for everything else.

  2. 02

    The urgent things first

That inventory always turns up two or three things that need fixing now. They get fixed before we discuss anything else.

  3. 03

A roadmap and a written proposal

What stays, what changes and in what order, with scope and timelines. No surprise lock-in and no small print.

Everything starts with an analysis and ends in a written proposal, with the scope and the timeline agreed up front. No automatic sign-up and no catalogue price: every company has a different problem, and a real quote means looking at it first.

Who runs your company's IT today?

If the honest answer is "nobody, really", let's talk.
