Employee expenses and receipts
With Anotados, employees photograph the receipt on their phone and the AI extracts the supplier, date, net amount, VAT and total, applying Spanish and Portuguese tax rules. Accounting stops transcribing and starts reviewing.

Your clients' expenses, already booked
From Anotados' firm dashboard you add your client companies and each one captures its own expenses. You review them and download the journal entries already generated, in a format compatible with A3, ContaPlus, Sage 50 and Holded.

Supplier invoices
We read the invoices that arrive as PDFs, by email or on paper with AI and prepare them for your accounting software or ERP. If your documents have an unusual layout, we build recognition made for them.

Business-to-business e-invoicing becomes mandatory in Spain on 6 October 2027 for businesses with more than 8 million euros of turnover the previous year, and on 6 October 2028 for everyone else. Those invoices arrive with structured data and need no AI to be read. That is why we build your invoice intake once: today it reads paper and PDFs with AI, and it is ready to receive e-invoices through the same route.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between Anotados and a custom build?
- Anotados is finished software for employee expenses: you can use it today, with no development. Custom work is for supplier invoices, or for when the data has to reach your system in a specific way.
- Does Anotados connect to A3, Sage or Holded?
- It exports journal entries in a format compatible with A3, ContaPlus, Sage 50 and Holded: you download the file and import it into your software. It is not an automatic connection.
- I run an accounting firm. How does it work with my clients?
- You add each client company from your dashboard and invite it. Each company captures its own expenses on the phone, and you review them and download the journal entries already generated.
- What about mandatory e-invoicing?
- E-invoices arrive with structured data, so they need no AI to be read. If we build your invoice intake, we leave it ready to receive them through the same route.
- How much does the check-up cost?
- Nothing. The questionnaire and the initial guidance are free.
