Kalmee
Queues and appointments without anyone asking “how much longer?”.
Updated on 18 October 2026
What it solves
Anywhere people wait — a council office, a clinic, a health insurer — waiting is managed with a ticket dispenser or an expensive, closed system. People waiting don't know how long they have left and staff lose time with the tool. Kalmee solves it with what the office already has: a tablet to take a number, a TV that calls out loud and the desk computer.
What it looks like

How it's built
Next.js and TypeScript on Postgres, multi-organisation and real-time with Supabase Realtime. The screen calls with voice clips from Google Cloud Text-to-Speech in Spanish and Valencian. It includes turns from your phone by QR code, appointment import, email and SMS alerts (LabsMobile), statistics by office, desk and service, and an activity log. More than a thousand automated tests.
